You can purchase securely online using a credit or debit card or via the telephone. Simply browse the paintings within our galleries, add the painting/s you would like to your cart and proceed to the checkout, where your details will be processed securely.
If you prefer to pay by post using a cheque or postal order, please
state which painting you require, your contact details including phone
number and make your cheque payable to 'Modart Solutions'.

Can I send you an image which is not my own?
Yes. But it is your responsibility to ensure that you have been granted the rights to the image in question and/or have obtained the relevant permission
How long will it take to process my order?
After the design consultation your painting will be completed within 7-10 days. All pieces are delivered via registered post.
To maintain and increase the life span of your canvas, do not expose it to continuous, strong sunlight or moisture. Do not clean with a wet/damp cloth.
All prices on the Modern Interior Art website include free delivery to an address within mainland Britain.
Items are dispatched via courier during normal working hours - Monday
to Friday between 9.00am and 5.30pm. If we do not have the particular
painting in stock, your order will take 7 - 10days to complete.
Deliveries outside of normal business hours and on Saturdays may be
possible but will normally incur an extra charge. Please contact us
for details.
How will my painting be packaged?
The work will be packed with care using foam sheeting, bubble wrap and corrugated card, then sent via courier to its destination.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the end result, or anything related to your purchase, You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received, under the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000.
In the highly unlikely event that you decide that you do not want your piece of art you can return the painting in its original packaging (for protection). We will refund the full amount minus cost of postage and packaging.
You should contact us first by email or phone to arrange the return of the canvas. You must notify us, then return the canvas at your own expense by recorded delivery within 10 days from your notice.
We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged after delivery.

How are the canvases produced?
We paint on 100% cotton, artist quality canvas, using the highest quality artist acrylic paints. We use solid wood frames (not MDF), and the canvas is stretched around the frames and secured at the back. There are no visible tacks on the sides of the canvas.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the
information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the
Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process
your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or
from another trader in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit

All your payment details are processed by a secure server and this information is sent by 128 bit encryption meaning it is impossible to break the code and steal your credit or debit card details.
